Marketing Interns – Fall 2022 Semester (Paid)
Part Time: (10-20 hours per Week)
Location: Various - Worldwide (US, UK, EU)

Exciting opportunity for a strategic and motivated self-starter, within a fun and challenging environment, assisting in our daily support of our global client base and partners. Ideal candidates would offer availability over 120-180 days of 10-20 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to build a portfolio, while gaining an understanding of the workings of a high-tech B2B global marketing firm in a niche field.

Description of Duties:

• Basic copywriting and editing

• Coordination of editorial calls and appointments

• Writing of thank you notes, coordinating charitable donations, and community partner support

• Assisting in the distribution of client PRs and reporting/tracking efforts

• Supporting other university students participating in our STEM and mentoring programs

• Coordinating regular mailings, manage automated email distribution process, reporting on activities

• Creating and editing presentations for prospect/client meetings and CEO speaking engagements

• Updating company website and social media accounts; screening incoming page follower requests
  
  

Position requirements:

• Ability to maintain absolute standards of Client care and upholding of confidentiality

• Writing and editing skills, including spelling and grammatical

• Proofreading skills, with AP Style experience preferred

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, EXCEL, Word and Outlook).

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 5 required: InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat X Pro.

• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms of digital marketing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented.

• Candidates must have strong English language skills; proficiency in a second language preferred.
