Embassy Global was founded in 2008 by longtime industry expert Molly Bakewell Chamberlin. Molly began her career on the client side, advancing through a series of international technical Marketing and PR leadership roles with leading multinational manufacturers, including PCB Piezotronics, now part of Amphenol, and International Motion Control/Enidine, now part of ITT. Those years gave her first-hand experience with the realities facing in-house Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Product Management teams: complex technologies, competing customer and engineering priorities, constant market pressure, limited budgets and resources, and an ongoing expectation to deliver measurable commercial growth.
She also saw a recurring problem with the traditional agency model. Many outside Marketing and PR firms simply did not have the technical knowledge or industry experience to step in and contribute independently. Clients were paying for outside support, yet their internal teams were still spending significant time providing technical training, explaining the market, correcting terminology and guiding the work. Instead of reducing the workload, the agency relationship could easily create more of it.
Molly founded Embassy Global to offer something different: specialized industry expertise, senior-level strategic guidance and hands-on commercial support from people who already understand the technologies, markets and customers they are serving. The idea was simple, and it remains at the heart of Embassy Global today: give technical companies access to experienced outside resources that can become a true extension of their internal teams, move important initiatives forward independently and efficiently, and stay focused on what ultimately matters most: creating meaningful market traction, qualified new business opportunities and measurable growth.
SPECIALIZED BY DESIGN
Our model has always been intentionally focused.
Embassy Global has remained deliberately focused on advanced technology, engineering and manufacturing markets rather than evolving into a generalist Marketing or PR agency. That specialization has allowed us to build deep, practical knowledge of the industries, technologies, customers and commercial environments in which our clients operate.
Today, our expertise spans industrial automation, process control, robotics, sensors and instrumentation, electronic components and semiconductors, photonics, aerospace and defense, AI and quantum technologies, EV and battery technologies, renewable energy, industrial sustainability and other interconnected advanced manufacturing markets. Our capabilities have expanded alongside those industries and the changing needs of the companies we support. Today, these include fractional CMO/CBDO leadership; Sales, Marketing, PR, Business Development and Product Management support; market research; global market development; lead generation; data analytics; and commercialization support.
Through our own expert-led media platform, Components Source Network, we can also bring that work directly to a highly targeted, organically developed global audience of more than 35,000 industry professionals and decision-makers. That audience continues to grow by 30% or more month over month. The Network gives our clients an additional channel for industry visibility, thought leadership, technical content, new business development and commercial matchmaking within the same specialized markets we have served for decades.
In practical terms, we help our clients develop the strategy, bring the industry knowledge and experience needed to guide it intelligently, and stay actively involved in implementation so important initiatives actually move forward. We can then use our own global media platforms to help bring their technologies and messaging to market more effectively, while helping them better understand and measure the resulting commercial impact. And because the model is intentionally lean, senior-led and highly specialized, we are able to provide that breadth of support without the added overhead, learning curve or in-house resource burden often associated with more traditional agency relationships.

FROM ONE INDUSTRY WEBSITE TO COMPONENTS SOURCE NETWORK
In 2017, Embassy Global acquired ComponentsSource.com, a single industry website originally created by a retired engineer in Bordeaux, France. Over the next nine years, that one site evolved into the wholly owned Components Source Network, a 22-site expert-led B2B media and e-marketplace platform comprising 11 specialized global e-news sites and 11 corresponding 100% peer-nominated expert B2B e-marketplaces.
The Network, its architecture and its audience were built organically from the ground up. Today, it reaches a growing global community of more than 35,000 industry professionals and decision-makers across the same specialized advanced technology, engineering and manufacturing markets that Embassy Global has served for decades. Components Source Network further extends our capabilities through technical publishing and content syndication, highly targeted industry visibility, supplier and expert discovery, demand generation, qualified lead development, commercial matchmaking, sales channel development and cross-market exposure. It also gives us the ability to connect strategy, content, visibility and business development within one integrated ecosystem rather than relying entirely on outside media and third-party platforms. Its continued growth reflects the same philosophy that has guided Embassy Global since 2008: understand the technologies, know the industries, build trusted relationships and turn meaningful visibility into commercially viable opportunities.
WHAT HAS NOT CHANGED
Embassy Global has evolved considerably since 2008, and Components Source Network has become an important part of that evolution. But the way we work, and the principles behind it, have remained remarkably consistent. We stay focused within the industries we know. We maintain a boutique consulting structure and work closely with a select number of annual clients. We combine senior-level strategy with hands-on implementation, remain flexible as priorities and markets evolve, and measure our value by meaningful commercial progress. Most importantly, we continue to work as an extension of our clients’ internal teams. We bring experienced outside perspective, but never forget what it is like to sit on the client side of the table.
